  3. We will assess what needs to be done and provide you with an estimate and time frame for completion. Most jewelry repairs can be completed in one to two days, depending upon the extent of the repair. Most watch repairs tend to take a little bit longer due to complexity and part availability. 
  4. Once approved, we’ll move forward on our end and complete the necessary repairs, updating you if the time frame changes.
